This page describes the data used by ’s public pages and the main processing boundaries of the current product. Contractual retention rules remain the responsibility of the organization operating your deployment.

Public pages
The public pages use no data-collection form, advertising tracker, or external analytics tool. They may read ’s language-preference cookie to display French, Arabic, or English.
Workspace
After a user signs in, the application processes the accounts, organizations, shipments, reference data, documents, and evidence required for authorized work. This information is confidential and isolated by organization.
Third-party portals
does not store third-party portal passwords, cookies, session tokens, or CAPTCHA answers. Portal authentication remains a human action inside an isolated browser environment.
Hosting and retention
Each deployment keeps its data in PostgreSQL and a private file vault according to the choices of the operating organization. That organization remains responsible for access, backups, retention periods, and data requests.
