Private documents
Documents remain in a private file vault. Downloads pass through an authenticated, authorized route.
Append-only traceability
Material actions, approved versions, documents, and submission results are linked through evidence and verifiable hashes.
Fail-closed automation
An unknown page, expired session, data mismatch, or mandatory human control stops the workflow and asks for the smallest necessary intervention.
What must never do
- Store or request a third-party portal password
- Export SIPS cookies or session material into the application
- Bypass a CAPTCHA, payment, or separate legal declaration
- Guess a regulatory field or continue on an unknown page
- Present an action as submitted without recorded evidence
