Your dossiers stay private. Portal sessions stay isolated.

Exporta handles commercial data, documents, and regulatory evidence. Its architecture therefore separates the application, private files, and third-party portal sessions.

Isolated workspaces

Every business record belongs to one organization, with authorization enforced on the server rather than only in the interface.

Private documents

Documents remain in a private file vault. Downloads pass through an authenticated, authorized route.

Append-only traceability

Material actions, approved versions, documents, and submission results are linked through evidence and verifiable hashes.

Fail-closed automation

An unknown page, expired session, data mismatch, or mandatory human control stops the workflow and asks for the smallest necessary intervention.

What Exporta must never do

  • Store or request a third-party portal password
  • Export SIPS cookies or session material into the application
  • Bypass a CAPTCHA, payment, or separate legal declaration
  • Guess a regulatory field or continue on an unknown page
  • Present an action as submitted without recorded evidence

A deployment that can remain autonomous.

PostgreSQL, the private file vault, and background work can run on your own infrastructure. Optional external services are not required for the core dossier.

Security should be understandable before onboarding.

We can review workspace isolation, deployment, backups, and automation boundaries before your first pilot.
